Piezo Igniter for a Euro SIT 630 gas valve
This Eurosit Valve Piezo is approximately 100mm long and has a red * on top.
Pushing the button generates a spark that ignites the pilot flame.
The piezo fits inside the Eurosit 630 cream plastic cover and the earth tag connects to the valve body.

POWER TEST
We use a resistive voltage divider (power/1000) and an oscilloscope (Tektronix TDS 1002)
The display is set to 4v vertical and 2.5 μs horizontal.
The classical curve gives a sinusoid for all the piezo igniters tested. (We tested all the piezo igniters we sell)
PIEZO TESTS RESULTS
The goal is to have piezo igniters with 16 kV after 30000 cycles.
Our customers purchased from other suppliers are encountering rapid loss of power problems, generating increasingly essential comments. This problem should therefore be taken very seriously by us.
The previous piezo igniters we supplied to our customers had a much longer lifespan. We have also noticed that our piezo igniters can generate a more spark at equivalent power.
